A Day At The Beach -
Sunday 6th November Members are invited to spend a day at the beach in Orford this coming Sunday 6th November. Exciting 2012 Events 2012 is shaping up to be an exciting year for motorsport fans with some great events to attend. First is the New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing coming up in January. The theme of the 2012 event is 'Celebrating BMW Motorsport' and there will be an amazing collection of BMW race cars in attendance including a large number of DTM E30 M3s and other Group A and historic racers. After a hugely successful event this year there are high hopes that next years event will be even bigger and better. With the growth of the event, we feel that a BMW presence will be required so keep the weekend of the 24th-25th March free! __________________________________________________________ |

Track Day - Baskerville,
Sunday 14th August We are holding our next track day at Baskerville Raceway on Sunday 14th August. These days are always a lot of fun so come and enjoy the action on the track and grab a sausage off the barbie. Christmas In July On Sunday 24th July, the Richmond Arms Hotel in Richmond will be serving up a Christmas themed lunch for BMW Club members. We will work up an appetite with a quick blast on the roads around the historic township. __________________________________________________________ |

Membership for 2011/12 Club memberships are now due for renewal for 2011/12. All current members are invited to renew for another year, and we invite all those with an interest in the BMW marque to join us for a range of drive days, track events an other social activities that we have planned for the next 12 months. Upcoming Launceston Drive Next month (July 9th) our northern co-ordinator Luke has organised a cruise to the Josef Chromy Vineyard in Launceston for lunch, followed by a drive (to be determined). Track Day in May It was wet, it was sideways, and it was a lot of fun. Another successful track day was held on May 1st at Baskerville Raceway, and the rain kept it interesting! New Members During April/May we welcome new members Peter & Leanne Ameron and their immaculate E39 540i. We are also looking forward to the arrival of their 'Isetta' when it arrives from Germany. North - South Get Together
At Ross Saturday 16th April saw members from both ends of the state converge on Ross for a get-together lunch at the Man O'Ross Hotel. 11 members enjoyed the beautiful weather and a fantastic lunch. A big thanks to Luke and Zoe for organising the event.
